Beyond work, Bernard is a devoted family man who finds joy in spending quality time with loved ones and exploring new places through travel. Assistant Property Manager

Krystina joined Pembroke Realty Group in 2025 and has over six years of experience in managing commercial and residential properties. She is skilled in building positive relationships with residents and vendors, ensuring timely completion of maintenance requests, and maintaining accurate records. When she isn't working, Krystina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, and taking road trips to new places. 

Leasing Specialist

Charlie joined Pembroke Realty Group in 2025 and brings a strong sense of dedication and service to her role as Leasing Specialist. She served in the U.S. Navy for seven and a half years. Her background instilled in her a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others—qualities that now benefit every prospective resident she works with. Outside of work, Charlie is a devoted pet mom to her pug and cat, and she loves exploring the area in search of great food and drink spots. Whether she’s discovering a new local favorite or making someone feel at home in their new space, Charlie brings energy and heart to everything she does.

Leasing Specialist

Mackenna joined Pembroke Realty Group as a Leasing Specialist in 2025 and is known for her friendly demeanor and strong commitment to customer service. She takes pride in guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and helping them feel confident and excited about finding their new homes. Her attention to detail and approachable nature make her a valuable part of our team. Whether it’s matching someone with their dream apartment or swapping travel stories, Mackenna is always ready with a smile and a solution.

Senior Property Manager

Steven has been with Pembroke Realty Group for over 5 years and brings more than 7 years of experience in property management. He is passionate about creating communities that residents are proud to call home and is known for his commitment to service, strong work ethic, and ability to foster a positive living environment. Outside of work, Steven enjoys traveling and makes it a priority to take several trips each year. He loves discovering new places, exploring different cultures, and is always open to travel tips and recommendations. In his downtime, he values quality time with friends and family and enjoys trying out new restaurants.

Shonna has been in Property Management for 23 years. She loves providing excellent service. She can often be found walking the communities checking on everything and talking with residents. On her time off, Shonna loves reading, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family
